Made to order

Our hats are made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date; production can take longer during busy periods or if an item needs additional processing.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping time is additional to production time and depends on your destination and the shipping service selected. Available destinations, shipping options, and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We can accept orders only for destinations supported at checkout.

Express shipping, where available, applies to transit after production and does not shorten production time. Please provide a phone number if the selected shipping option requires one. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking and delays

Use the tracking details in your shipping confirmation when tracking is available. Carrier delays, holidays, and customs processing can affect arrival dates. If your order is delayed or tracking has stopped updating, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Address details and support

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after production or shipment begins.
